Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Address can not be changed after the order is placed. Shipping charges include packaging materials, envelopes, postage etc.
All packages are shipped and tracked via USPS.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges. We do not offer refunds, returns will receive store credit only.
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Original shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Your satisfaction is very important! If you are not satisfied please contact me to discuss the issue.
Sand prices are based on amount of sand per bag. Bags can not be split into different colors. For example, if you order a 32 ounce bag you will get a 32 ounce bag, you can not split it into 4- 8 ounce bags. If you need a different amount than what is listed please contact me. Thank you for your understanding.
Due the the nature of some of our products, unfortunately some items (including personalized engraved items) can not be returned or exchanged. Therefore, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me first to discuss. Exchanges or returns are accepted if I am contacted within 72 hours of receipt of the package (all packages tracked via USPS). If your exchange or return is approved, you will be responsible for all return and exchange shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Your return or exchange will only be processed once the item(s) are received back, unused and in their original condition.
Additional Information
Actual sand colors may vary slightly from what they look like on the computer. If you are unsure of the color you would like, I highly recommend ordering sand samples first if you are unsure of the color. There is a listing for sand samples. I try to get the best possible picture for my color samples but it is impossible to get a perfect match on computer screens. If you order the wrong color you will be responsible for shipping costs for the new color.
If you are not happy with a color, please message me and I will do my best to create the perfect color for you! I value my customers and your satisfaction is very important to me!!
In order to save on packaging, if you order multiple quantities of the SAME color of sand, your sand will be packaged in one (or more if needed) bag(s). If you need your sand packaged in separate bags please leave a note on how you would like it packaged.
For large quantities and custom orders please contact me and I will make you a custom listing. Custom listings must be purchased within 5 days of the listing. Please allow 7-10 business days after the listing is purchased for your order to be shipped as items may have to be special ordered by me.
